Refund Policy

At MindSphere Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital resources and blueprints designed to help entrepreneurs succeed. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have specific guidelines around refunds.

đź§ľ Digital Product Policy (Non-Tangible Goods)

Our products — including PDF blueprints, strategy files, templates, ad creatives, and digital access materials — are classified as non-returnable digital goods.
As such, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

âś… Eligibility for Refund

A refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The payment was accidentally duplicated (i.e., you were charged twice).

     

  • You made a purchase but did not receive any access/download link or material within 48 hours, and you have contacted support with proof.

     

  • There is a technical issue on our end that permanently prevents access to your purchased product, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 working days.

     

⚠️ Refunds will NOT be processed for reasons like:

  • “I changed my mind.”

     

  • “I didn’t understand the blueprint.”

     

  • “I expected physical delivery.”

     

  • “I haven’t seen results yet.”

     

⏳ Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. After that, we are unable to offer a refund under any circumstance.

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please email us at:

Use the subject line: Refund Request – Order #[Your Transaction ID]

Include the following in your email:

  • Full name used in the order

     

  • Date of purchase

     

  • Reason for requesting refund

     

  • Proof of payment (screenshot or order ID)

     

We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

⚖️ Abuse of Refund Policy

To prevent misuse, repeated refund requests from the same user, or suspected abuse of this policy, may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

     

  • Blocking future purchases

     

  • Investigation under Indian e-commerce fraud protection
